日本の大学進学を希望する生徒、及びアメリカの大学進学希望者でも、国内と同程度の高校国語を学びたい生徒

幼稚園部（年中・年長）

原則として保護者の一人が日本語を母語とし、家庭で日本語を使用し、教師の日本語の指示が理解できる３、４、５歳児

Japanese as Heritage Language

言語を通じて世代をつなぐ – 継承語としての日本語プログラム（小1～高校生）オリジナルの日本語授業と文化活動（運動会、書き初めなど）を通じて、言語スキルを高めながら、自分のルーツと文化に触れます。4月から3月の通年の永住者が多く通うコースです。

Bridging Generations Through Language – A Japanese Program Designed for Heritage Learners from G1 to HS! Through engaging lessons and cultural activities, students will strengthen their language skills while staying connected to their heritage. Join us this April and embark on a journey to explore and celebrate Japanese language and culture!

JASL (G1~G8)

Japanese as Foreign Language 

外国語として日本語を学ぶ子どもたちのコース。小学生から中学生の子供が外国語として日本語を学んでいます。季節の行事やハンズオンアクティビティを通して、たのしく学習する機会を提供します。9月から始まる通年のクラスです。

We offer Japanese language classes for children in grades 1 to 8. Classes are held on Sundays at Rider University. Children will learn all four language skills and enjoy hands-on activities related to Japanese culture. The class starts in September!

Community (High school to Adult learners) 

Japanese as Foreign Language

外国語として日本語を学ぶ高校生とコミュニティの大人のためのコースです。忙しい高校生と大人たちのために、オンラインの授業です。対面での書道や日本文化講演などのイベントに参加することもできます。10月から始まり秋学期と春学期の登録制です。

Our online classes are designed for high school students and adults, starting from the basics and building your confidence in the Japanese language. Learn from home with expert instructors and connect with a community of learners. As an added bonus, you’ll be invited to in-person cultural events. Starts in Oct!
